Title: Security Engineer

Job Duties
Develop a security plan for best standards and practices for the company
Continuously update the company’s incident response and disaster recovery plans
Research the latest in information technology security trends to keep up to date with the subject and use the latest technology to protect information
Plan and implement/migrate security solutions on premises and cloud environment
Perform security admin operation and setup of security policies and ACLs on devices
Conduct periodical patch/firmware updates for vulnerabilities
Comprehend why a piece of software does what it does to patch a bug or analyze malware
Monitor the company’s IT network and systems for any security breaches and investigate/respond to these threats promptly if one does occur
Monitor IT systems and networks to assess risks and determine how policies can be improved
Detect and quickly respond to security attacks and recommend fixing any flaws in IT systems
Manage the negative effects of an attack or breach, from minimizing the impact to altering security controls for future prevention by analyzing security breaches to identify the root cause
Install software that is created to protect sensitive information, such as firewalls and data encryption programs
Aid in the prevention of crime through the collection, analysis, and reporting of data. Create evidence in the event of a breach
Understand how to check any changes in detail in IT/Security systems
Anticipate potential danger in IT systems and use the ingenuity to implement new methods to protect the company’s systems
Conduct penetration/vulnerability testing and risk analysis to expose weak points and identify potential threats so that the company can protect itself from security attacks
Verify the security of third-party vendors and collaborate to meet security requirements
Make recommendations about security advancements to best protect the company’s systems
Advise to install a new program or learn about security procedures
Help both internal and external security audits
Job Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity in Computer Science
・CompTIA Security Certification
・One year related experience as Cybersecurity technician using tools of SQL, Git, AWS EC2, TCP/IP, Network Protocols (DNS, SSL/TLS, IPsec, SSH), MITRE ATT&CK and macOS, Linus
・Proficiency in Japanese and English
・Must be able to respond to emergency storm duty during weekend and non business hour

Title: Solutions Consultant in DX
Location: 55 Broadway, 11/12 Floor, New York, NY 10006
Duties:
Research current and emerging technologies, propose changes where needed, and select research subjects based on business opportunities and market needs. Assess selected subjects, conduct feasibility studies and establish prototype systems using appropriate technologies. Document research results in comprehensive reports. Create service menus and sales proposals based on technology assessments. Support pre-sales activities by providing solutions to potential clients, estimating efforts, presenting benefits, and conducting demos. Provide supervision, guidance, and technical expertise to teams during solution development and implementation. Define technical/ non-functional requirements of customers’ business system. Design, plan, and deploy system changes, collaborating with outsourcing vendors as necessary. Troubleshoot system errors and software bugs, proposing reasonable solutions and providing workarounds. Collaborate with senior engineers to identify and solve various technical problems. Perform system tests, propose improvements to clients’ business systems, and follow project schedules and support service plans. Analyze assigned support cases and projects, develop and execute improvement plans or solutions, and report status to line managers. Prepare and report status updates to line managers regarding assigned projects and support cases. Provide leadership for team members, motivating them to meet project and support goals while adhering to responsibilities and milestones. Guide team members in issue resolution and skill development. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project and support execution. Ensure timely delivery of projects and supports within scope and budget. Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager and other senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Certified Project Management Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and two years of experience as IT consultant in delivering E2E project life cycle and complex IT solutions. Proficient in English and Japanese
Hours: 40 hours/week 9am-6pm
Wage: $74,506-89,440/year

Job Duties
Develop client relationship with full IT and produce development services including new and replacement device/system procurement
