November 2020 – SYSCOM USA will start providing “Trade Document Templates” solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365. This will enhance our support to Japanese companies for the roll-out projects to their overseas subsidiaries, as well as support for the roll-in projects to the Japanese subsidiaries from the overseas headquarters for foreign affiliated companies.
SYSCOM USA INC. (headquartered in New York; President & CEO: Seiji Sato; hereinafter referred to as SYSCOM USA) is a “Microsoft Dynamics 365” Cloud Solutions Partner. SYSCOM USA (https://www.syscomusa.com/) is providing support to Japanese companies with implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management by Microsoft (hereinafter referred to as Microsoft Dynamics 365) in their headquarters in Japan and Microsoft Dynamics 365 roll-out projects to their overseas subsidiaries, as well as support for the Microsoft Dynamics roll-in projects to the Japanese subsidiaries from the overseas headquarters for foreign affiliated companies. From November 2020, SYSCOM USA will also start providing “Trade Document Templates” solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This solution is a transfer (*1) from the solution provided by NT Solutions Co., Ltd. under the name “AX-GX” for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, which are the previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365. SYSCOM USA will be providing implementation and support service for the current version: Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Feature 1: The Templates are provided as an extension to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and therefore are not affected by product updates made by Microsoft.
Feature 2: The easy to use screen layouts help to facilitate real-time management and control over complicated trade operations.
Feature 3: The service is offered at an affordable price of 5 million JPY (excluding tax) (*2), for the set of Templates including various data items, screen layouts, and functional programs.

Target customers: Customers that use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for trade operations.
Functional configuration: Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud-based ERP package, so its standard programs are regularly receiving appropriate updates. The export form Templates offered by SYSCOM USA are compatible with extensions – the customization method advocated by Microsoft, and therefore are not affected by the updates of the standard programs.
Screen layout: The Templates are accessible from the trade tab of the order screen of Microsoft Dynamics 365. By pressing the trade tab, it is possible to set the trade item and output conditions, as well as obtain the required export document. In addition, since some of the information required for export documents is based on the details of orders and customer master data, even operators who are not familiar with trading operations can use it accurately
and save time required for input processing.
